We, editor of this app named PocketMetals, we consent to the respect of privacy and the anonymity of users. Therefore in this app:
1- PocketMetals keeps no personal information like name nor none other personal information;
2- PocketMetals app is designed for users and to be use on their own devises (Smartphone, Tablet etc...);
3- PocketMetals allows a portfolio that is saved only on user local devise, not on distant machine;
4- PocketMetals avoid as much as possible cookies ;
5-The User uses his email to sign up to get credentials that will then be used to authenticate online and be able to use the app on local devise;
Fees and Payment Terms
This app is aimed to be downloaded for free. Beyond a size and some services will require a payment. these ones are only for concerned local devise only.;
Responsibilities
Since we, editor of this app, we keep no personal information about users of PocketMetals and about their portfolio, downloading and using this app,
users agree not to pursue any legal action against the creator of this application called PocketMetals whatever the context or the reason.;
